Les Bossons is in the Haute-Savoie department, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, south-eastern France.
Les Bossons is a small village, located 5 minutes driving distance (3.5 km or 2.17 mi) from the Chamonix Center, on the road to Les Houches.

The glacier is 7 km (4.35 mi) long and it can be seen from everywhere in Les Bossons.
Skiing in Les Bossons
Les Bossons is a good choice when going for a ski vacation in the French Alps.
Besides the must-see glacier, the ski resort has direct access to three marked pistes (one red, one blue and one green), serviced by two ski lifts.
